KVVS publikationssamlingar förvaras på Göteborgs universitetsbibliotek. De skrifter som fram­ställts av KVVS självt finns i allmänhet tillgängliga för inköp genom Jan Åhman vid Göte­borgs universitetsbibliotek (tel. 031-786 17 33) eller genom skriftlig beställning till KVVS. Böcker av allmännare karaktär som framställts av KVVS kan också finnas i den öppna bokhan­deln.
KVVS har sedan många år en omfattande utbytesverksamhet av vetenskapliga skrifter med olika vetenskapliga bibliotek och lärda sällskap världen över.
